Facing Your Fears
SUNDAYS

Most of us
look pretty much the same on the outside. We’re bold
and beautiful--you know, the average trend-setter. Butus up and take a closer look. Most of us have the
same fears, the same concerns. We’re not the
supermen and wonder women we pretend to be.
At NorthShore, we’re
not afraid to admit we have the same fears that you do.
Well, maybe a little. At least we’re not afraid to
talk about it.
In September and October,
we’ll be putting forth the bold notion that we
humans can stand united on one thing. We’re all a
big bunch of chickens.
But word has it around
NorthShore that we’re chickens with a choice.
There’s a God so real, so powerful, so surprising
that up against Him, our fears can be transformed, right
along with our hearts and minds. It’s quite a thing
for chickens to know.
